Charles was founder and former Chairman of NeoMedia Technologies based in Fort
Myers, Florida. His background includes numerous years with IBM before
taking several private companies public through IPOs. Charles holds a
M.B.A. from Rollins College, and a B.A. in finance from the University
of Florida. His financial background has proven a key tool in all of
his business ventures.

Business Development Manager
Brett Fritz joined the GOPS Group team in 2006. Brett brings experience in both University Athletics
Administration and the Cellular industry to GOPS Group. The son of Chas
Fritz, Brett is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with his
M.B.A. in General Business Administration. Brett's work ethic, determination, and
experience have helped mold GOPS Group into a strong unit. Brett
specializes in Business Strategy Consulting, Business Development, Global Sales, and Account Managment.
